No locals without prior approval from host. No parties. Note - $20/car for amenity access and/or gate access fob. Please refrain from cigarette smoking outside with any doors open. Exterior surveillance at front door for security. NO PARTIES or unregistered guests. PETS: If bringing a pet, must pickup after pet in yard and in community, and keep pet leashed at all times in community. PETS: 2 dog max, under 40 pounds each. No aggressive breed, no cats. Pets should not be allowed on furniture. Only house trained and properly vaccinated dogs are allowed, Dogs should not be left unattended for long periods of time (5+ hours) without a checkin/walk visit schedule for them to have a bathroom break and exercise. Please close all bedrooms doors and bathrooms before you leave if you do not take the dog with you. For service animals, the pet must abide by Airbnb service animal policy. Pet fee is an additional charge of $30/day/pet with a minimum charge of $50 for short says.

La casa es hermosa, súper cómoda y confortable. Luz, Armando y Lía (quienes se encargan de la propiedad) son personas excelentes y muy amables. Siempre predispuestos a ayudarnos. La limpieza del lugar es 100% impecable. Recomendamos mucho!
