You will like this place! There is a very quiet fire pit around the corner with lots of seating and open green space (you will see it on your drive in) if you'd like to relax semi-privately as a family and also a smaller pool (you will also pass this on your way in) if you would like a quieter environment than the resort :) The community also has nice walking paths over bridges and around the lake areas. - NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell camera located on the front door facing out towards the entryway. This camera does not look into any interior spaces. This camera records video and sound when activated by motion and will be on during your stay. Pets are allowed (up to 2 dogs) under 45 pounds, No aggressive breeds (or cats) for insurance purposes. Pet fee is $30 per day, per pet. Pool heating is optional and available for $35 per night. Please request in advance. Safety fence must remain in place if children are present. No parties or events.

House Rules

* No local guests without approval from host * Not a party house and No blocking of video surveillance at any time * Quiet hours begin at 10PM, please be respectful of noise level outside starting at 10PM * Exterior Surveillance is at the home. Pool heating optional at $35 per night (request 24 hours in advance). • Safety fence must remain installed if children are staying. • No smoking inside the property. • No glass near the pool. • Guests must follow all resort rules when using the amenities. * PETS: If bringing a pet, must pickup after pet in home, yard and in community, and keep pet leashed at all times in community. PETS: 2 dog max, under 40 pounds each. No aggressive breed, no cats. Pets should not be allowed on furniture or beds. Only house trained and properly vaccinated dogs are allowed, Dogs should not be left unattended for long periods of time (6+ hours) without a checkin/walk visit schedule for them to have a bathroom break and exercise (and avoid accidents!). Please close all bedrooms doors and bathrooms before you leave if you do not take the dog with you. For service animals, the pet must abide by Airbnb service animal policy. Pet fee is an additional charge of $30/day/pet. Additional House Rules: **We will be imposing a fine of $200 for excessive trash bags left behind (It costs a lot to have Junk companies take excessive trash). Please make sure to read through the check in info for the trash info to avoid excessive trash. **If a late checkout affects a vendor visit there may be a visit fee of at least $75 depending on the vendor trade.
